11-Year-Old Georgia Boy Charged With Murder! (Youngest Person To Ever Get Charged w/ Murder)

ALBANY, GA – The youngest person ever to be charged with murder in Dougherty County history, is an 11-year-old boy, now charged with murder for shooting a 13-year-old Saturday. A 15-year-old boy is charged with possession of a firearm in connection with the death of 7th grader Darius Wallace. A petition hearing was held in juvenile court for the two boys who are also charged with tampering with evidence. Investigators say they do not believe the shooting was gang related, but they still have a lot of questions, including where is the gun?
